Please understand that Cherry Blossoms does begin working on your petition the minute your order is placed. It is imperative if you have to cancel and would like a refund to notify us immediately.
All requests for cancellation must be in writing. Requests can be sent by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by postal mail to: Cherry Blossoms, Inc., Attn: Visa Dept. P.O. Box 190, Kapaau, HI 96755.
No refunds will be issued after 90 consecutive days since order date. Client is entitled to a partial refund in the event they choose to cancel with or without reason within 90 consecutive days of original order date. The actual amount of refund will be based on a review of the client’s file to ascertain work completed. The amount refunded shall be at the sole discretion of Cherry Blossoms, Inc. ALL Visa and Adjustment of Status support package orders are subject to a minimum non-refundable administrative fee of $150.00 USD.
Refunds will be processed within seven business days of the date client’s written cancellation request is received. Credits shall be made using the same method of payment and to the same account used to place the order. Any requests for exceptions must be sent in writing to email@example.com
It is the sole responsibility of the client to provide all necessary documents and information requested by Cherry Blossoms, Inc. in a timely manner. Failure to fully cooperate with Cherry Blossoms, Inc. will delay processing of the client’s support package with no fault to Cherry Blossoms. If client has not responded to requests for documents and information from Cherry Blossoms, Inc. after 90 consecutive days from initial order, Cherry Blossoms, Inc. reserves the right to terminate the order with no refund due.
Placing a Support Package on Hold:
Cherry Blossoms, Inc., at its sole discretion, may allow a client to put his or her support package on hold for up to six months (180 Days). Client must request this in writing within 90 consecutive days of the original order date. After the six month “hold period, we will review and determine with client a continued course of action: if to (a) terminate the client’s order with no refund provided or (b). Continue with his or her support package. In order to continue, Client will be responsible for any fee increases which may have taken place during the “hold period”.
Fees for Additional Services:
Certain services such as, but not limited to, changing fiancée, adding a co-sponsor, redoing government forms due to lack of client response and extended phone support are not covered by the basic cost of the support package. Payment for these additional services is due at the time service requested by the client and is not refundable.
Cherry Blossoms, Inc.’s Reservation of Rights:
Cherry Blossoms, Inc. expressly reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate a visa package and refuse current or future use of any Cherry Blossoms, Inc. service if, in its sole discretion, Cherry Blossoms, Inc.: (a) believes the client has violated or tried to violate the rights of others; or (b) if we become aware of information indicating a safety concern for you, other Cherry Blossoms, Inc. users, or the general public; or (c)believes the client to have acted in an unlawful manner by submitting fraudulent information or performed actions with intent to deceive Cherry Blossoms, Inc. staff and the United States government; or (d) if Cherry Blossoms, Inc. determines we cannot act in the best interest of the client in regards to his or her visa package due to non-typical circumstances beyond our expertise.

The Cherry Blossoms, Inc. Refund and Cancellation Policy, which apply to you, the client, and your Visa support package order, provides that both you and Cherry Blossoms Inc. agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the County of Hawaii, State of Hawaii.
Changes to this Policy:
Please be advised; Cherry Blossoms, Inc., may at any time amend this policy without prior notice to our clients. If we make changes to this policy we will notify our clients here or by means of a notice on our homepage and we request they check back often.
You the client have read and agree to all of the provisions contained above. You also agree to the charges for this service provided by Cherry Blossoms, Inc. and also agree to the Cherry Blossoms, Inc. Refund and Cancellation Policy for Visa Support Packages. This agreement is acknowledged by you the client checking the box which says, “I have read and agree to the Cherry Blossoms, Inc. Refund and Cancellation Policy."
